5. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES

Minimum order quantities may apply to custom manufacturing orders.

The required minimum order quantity may vary depending on the product, fabric, manufacturing process, customization, and design.

8. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Customers may provide logos, trademarks, artwork, graphics, photographs, designs, or other materials for custom manufacturing.

By providing such materials, the customer confirms that they own the necessary rights or have permission to use the materials for manufacturing purposes.

The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property provided by the customer.

Mafra Apparels does not claim ownership of customer-provided brand logos or original customer artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse manufacturing requests that we reasonably believe may infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

9. SAMPLES AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Customers may request samples before bulk production.

Sample pricing, development costs, and shipping charges may be quoted separately.

A sample is intended to demonstrate the garment construction, design, materials, printing, embroidery, and overall product development.

Minor manufacturing variations may occur between samples and bulk production due to fabric batches, dyeing processes, washing, printing, embroidery, or normal production tolerances.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving samples before bulk production when sample approval is part of the agreed process.

10. PRODUCTION TIMES

Production timelines are estimates based on the order requirements and production schedule.

Production time generally begins after:

  • Required payment has been received

  • Designs have been approved

  • Specifications have been finalized

  • Size breakdowns have been confirmed

  • Required materials are available

Production times may vary for complex, highly customized, or large-volume orders.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the estimated timeline provided.

However, estimated production dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, customs clearance, weather, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import charges unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

12. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because our products are custom manufactured, orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.

If a confirmed manufacturing error occurs, Mafra Apparels will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

13. MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES

Custom apparel manufacturing may involve reasonable variations between individual products.

Minor variations may occur in:

  • Garment measurements

  • Stitching

  • Print placement

  • Embroidery placement

  • Fabric texture

  • Fabric shade

  • Wash effect

  • Distressing

  • Dye appearance

  • Product weight

These variations may result from the nature of textile manufacturing and are not automatically considered defects.

Measurement tolerances may apply depending on the product and manufacturing method.

14. PRODUCT COLORS

Colors displayed on digital mockups, photographs, monitors, and mobile devices may appear differently from physical fabrics and products.

Color differences may occur due to:

  • Screen calibration

  • Lighting

  • Fabric composition

  • Dye batches

  • Printing methods

  • Washing processes

  • Finishing treatments

Customers requiring specific colors should request physical color, fabric, or sample approval before bulk production.

15. QUALITY CLAIMS

Customers should inspect products promptly after receiving an order.

Any claim relating to a manufacturing defect or incorrect production should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, quantities, sizes, and other information necessary to review the claim.
